I’m Andrea — a mum, qualified primary school teacher, tutor, and British Wheel of Yoga qualified teacher for both adults and children based South East London. My passion is creating calm, supportive spaces where people of all ages can pause, breathe, move, and reconnect with themselves.
With a background in primary education and being a mum, I understand the importance of supporting emotional wellbeing from an early age. My children’s yoga sessions are designed to help children build confidence, manage worries, develop mindfulness, and learn the value of kindness. I do this through movement, breathing, relaxation, stories, and creative activities, children are encouraged to express themselves, regulate emotions, and feel calm and supported in a safe, nurturing environment.
My adult classes offer a welcoming space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself away from the pressures of everyday life. Classes focus on gentle movement, mindfulness, relaxation, and mental wellbeing, helping to reduce stress and restore balance in both body and mind.
